Can all items be returned?

We offer exchanges only within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, untampered with, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

All exchanges must be completed in-store. We do not offer postal exchanges.

Please note that personalised or engraved items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

How can I return an item?

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Should you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund free of charge, provided the item or items are returned within 14 days of receipt.

We always do our best to process refunds within 7-10 working days. Please ensure the items are unworn and in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging. 

How to return your item(s)  

1. Request a return

· Let us know why you’d like to return your order.

· Return requests will be processed within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Please allow extra time at peak trading periods and public holidays.

2. Get Your Parcel Ready 

· Wrap items separately and use cushioning material.

· Seal your box securely.

· Attach your pre-paid return label.

3. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail collection point.

How can I return in-person purchases?

How do I know if my return has been received?

Please allow up to 10 working days, from the day your return has been received back with us, for returns to be processed. Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How long does it take for my refund to be issued?

Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within ten (10) working days of the return.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to show in your account.
