Can all items be returned?

We’re happy to accept returns on all items except pierced earrings which are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety, and products bespoke to you.

How can I return an item?

Should you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund free of charge, provided the item or items are returned within 30 days of receipt.

We always do our best to process refunds within 7-10 days. Please make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, including the packaging. 

How to return your item(s)  

1. Request a return

· Visit https://account.886.royalmint.com

· Let us know why you’d like to return your order.

· Return requests will be processed within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Please allow extra time at peak trading periods and public holidays.

2. Get Your Parcel Ready 

· Wrap items separately and use cushioning material.

· Seal your box securely.

· Attach your pre-paid return label.

 

 

3. Drop off your parcel at your nearest UPS collection point which can be found here:

How do I know if my return has been received?

Please allow up to 10 working days, from the day your return has been received back with us, for returns to be processed. Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

In-store purchases: How to return your item(s)

Please package your product carefully and return in person to our Burlington Arcade store, together with the receipt.

How long does it take for my refund to be issued?

Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within ten (10) working days of the return.
